Work Principle :

The metal plates that have a wavy surface are the main staff of every heat exchanger. On every plate, there are the liquid input/output nozzles and a seal providing leak profit. Thanks to the seal system that is used, both liquids can flow in different channel without mixing each other. In this time the desired heat transfer is obtained. By the help of the seal it is avoided for the liquids to mix each other. The leak profit is by the pins that are on the body and compress the plate packet. Because of this, it is easy to reach all heat transfer surfaces with the aim of maintenance and cleaning if the pins are demounted.
